We'll follow up to schedule a discovery call where we’ll gain a deeper understanding of your project, align on your goals and vision, and discuss when you might be able to expect preliminary budgeting.
3. Contract Foundations
Following the Discovery Call and any necessary site visits, we'll deliver a detailed project estimate. This will clearly define the scope of work, materials, timeline, and projected costs; providing full transparency and helping ensure alignment between your budget, expectations, and overall project vision.
4. Design & Construction
Once a design and/or construction agreement is in place, we’ll establish clear project milestones. These key dates provide a reliable roadmap for your build, ensuring transparency, accountability, and predictable progress from start to finish.
5. Project Turnover
Once the Capstone is placed on your project and we have confirmed that all your goals have been met, we’ll hand over the finished space for you to enjoy. Our goal is to deliver a result that not only meets expectations but creates lasting satisfaction.
